Installing the boost pump

Where it goes, which way up, and what it can share a through-hull with.

Steps

  1. Mount the boost pump to the through-hull (19mm), located below the waterline.
  2. Orient the pump with its outlet in the highest position, facing up.
  3. Wire the pump back to the control panel.

Sharing a through-hull. The through-hull can be shared with another intake, but never with the raw water feed for the engine, or with any other positive displacement pump.

Electrical connections should always be made by a qualified electrician.
